Five more homebuyers recently joined the seven-figure club as the Lehigh Valley heads into what area real estate agents predict will be a strong summer market.

Rebecca L. Decker Francis, who leads The Rebecca Francis Team affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, said high-end buyers continue to seek out “all the things” when it comes to the region’s luxury sales.

“It’s nothing new in the high end,” Francis told lehighvalleylive.com. “Buyers still want ‘the right’ neighborhood, updated and remodeled, and great outdoor spaces.”
